The Major General is the highest-ranking officer killed in combat since Vietnam. Neither the President nor the Vice President were present.

 

The nominal Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama was playing a round at the Vineyard Golf Club with Valerie Jarrett’s cousin, Cyrus Walker, the World Bank president, former President of Dartmouth College Jim Kim, and former lobbyist and ambassador Ron Kirk.

 

Joe Biden was in the middle of the third day of a week long vacation in the Hamptons, which followed a week in Wyoming, which was preceded by a week at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware.

 

While America has lost a two-star General who has served in a war the president has waged with one of his patented withdrawal deadlines, the Commander-in-Chief could not show the common decency to honor him with his presence.

 

This job is above Obama's head, he needs to resign so he can play more golf. Matter of fact his entire cabinet needs to resign as all of them are worthless ...

 

Obama sent THREE 'representatives' to the funeral of the teen who was shot and killed in Ferguson, MO. Really??? Why in the hell didn't he send a 'representative' to comfort and console the parents of James Foley who was beheaded by the butchers of the ISIS??

 

The disconnect could not be more profound. And the racism from this president is loud and clear!

Last month, when Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe and his crew shocked the world by dressing up an actor as Osama bin Laden and having him just walk across the Rio Grande and right into Texas without being stopped, they made headlines.  Little known to us, thanks to a media looking for shiny red balls to report on rather than real news, ISIS took notice and highlighted the Achilles Heel in the nation’s southern border in a newsletter type report to their members.

Well, it seems that we not only have a sieve in the south, but a soft head in the north.  Once again, Project Veritas dressed up an “ISIS terrorist” and tried to enter the country.  This time via small boat across one of the Great Lakes into Cleveland.

Make all the jokes about Cleveland being the mistake on the lake, but consider that not only did the Project Veritas people cross Lake Erie INTO Canada without encountering Border Patrol or Coast Guard, they, and another boat, made it back across and into the country in the same manner.

What is beyond shocking when it comes to these lake crossings is that reporting whether or not one is entering or leaving the country in this manner to federal immigration officials is VOLUNTARY – and not even at the point of entry.  There’s no customs agents at the pier asking for identification or a passport, let alone able to check against any kind of watch list.  Great to know for people on the lam, but not too comforting for the rest of us.  This time, the intruder was an actor with fake bags of Ebola or Anthrax.  What about rocket launchers or fully automatic rifles, legal or not.  Terrorists don’t care about that.  And they certainly do not care about observing any sort of honor system when it comes to reporting their presence in a country where they are determined to wreak havoc.

This is not a new problem.  Consider how booze was smuggled into the United States during Prohibition and how the drug pipeline from Mexico is carrying tons of heroin into inner cities over a thousand miles from the source.  Our open borders invite this kind of behavior from mercenary type criminals.   So long as there is no concerted effort to tighten border security, we are sitting ducks for this sort of invasion.

The 50,303 Ways Obama is Putting the Life of Your Children at Risk

In another staggering example of how little our government cares about our health, well-being, or safety, the Federal Government is ordering that all immigrant children be enrolled into our children’s public schools without any type of health screening. Currently, there are 50,303 of them infiltrating our schools with all their possible diseases.

In the event that these thousands of illegal children are carrying communicable diseases, any health crisis will manifest itself by infecting our children. Dr. Elaina George, Board certified otolaryngologist and the national advisory council of the Project 21 black leadership network warned:

“There’s no mechanism in place to ensure children are checked medically,” George told The Daily Caller. “It’s put everybody at risk. Anybody who comes into contact with a disease — tuberculosis, for example is at risk. This is not something that’s theoretical. This is not something that kind of happened. It’s happened. All you need is one person with tuberculosis to cough on somebody else. Share a cup. Other kids are at risk. Teachers are at risk. Parents are at risk. Grandparents are at risk.”

In July, the state Department of Education in Virginia issued a memo ordering local school districts to accept illegal immigrant children regardless of whether they have a home or documentation concerning their health status. The memo stated:

“[schools] cannot exclude from school attendance those homeless children who do not provide the requisite health or immunization information required of other students.”

Currently, there is a mystery respiratory illness affecting children in 10 states across the United States. The illness starts as a common cold, and then children rapidly deteriorate with many ending up in the intensive care units of their local hospitals.

It makes you wonder, was this the result of a sick illegal immigrants coming across our Southern Border? As of yet, the virus has not proven to been fatal, but how long until something more serious like Ebola or Tuberculosis infects our children because of the administration playing politics not only with illegals, but with the health and safety of our kids? Makes me sick just thinking about it.

Romney: Obama 'out of touch' on Islamic State, other global threats

Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney on Sunday ripped into President Obama for his handling of the Islamic State militant group and other foreign policy decisions, accusing the president several times of being “out of touch.”

Romney, who lost to Obama in the 2012 presidential election, eschewed several opportunities during a “Fox News Sunday” interview to revisit his assertions during the campaign that Russia was the United States’ biggest geopolitical threat, in light of Moscow’s recent foray into Ukraine.

Romney said he’s instead focused on U.S. foreign policy today, including what to do about the rise of Islamic State militants.

“I think the president is really out of touch with reality,” Romney said. “He’s so out of touch with reality that he hasn’t taken the necessary steps. … He’s too busy on the golf course. I don’t know if you can see the reality from the fairway, but he doesn’t see reality."

Romney said Obama has known for at least a year about the Islamic State threat, yet has taken no action and has not developed a strategy to deal with the militants.

“The president has a very different foreign policy than what the United States has had over the past 60 years,” Romney said. “It’s based on common humanity, and humanity is not common. … Bad people do bad things.”

Romney said recent polls show it is clear to the American people that Obama has not been engaged.

He also criticized the administration for failing to clearly explain the facts that led to the Sept. 11, 2012, terror attacks on the U.S. outpost in Benghazi, Libya, in which four Americans were killed.

“This goes on and on,” Romney said. “This lands at the feet of Hillary Clinton."

Clinton was secretary of State at the time of the attacks and would be the clear Democratic front-runner should she decide to make a 2016 White House bid.

Romney also reiterated he has no plans to run again for president, saying his time has come and gone.

"I'm not running and not planning on running," he said.

Romney said there is no question in his mind that he would have been more effective in the White House than Obama, but he didn't want to dwell on the past. 

Romney admitted he had made mistakes in his campaign -- and that the Obama campaign did a good job on picking up on them.

OUTRAGEOUS: School Refuses to Allow Active-Duty Soldier to See His Daughter

When an active-duty soldier went to his daughter’s school to speak with her and her counselor, they refused to let him in. The reason why is enough to make you scream. Lt. Col. Sherwood Baker has been in the Army for 24 years and had his military uniform on when he went to the Rochester, Mich. school. When he approached the door, security told him he would have to go home and change if he wanted to be let in, MyFoxDetroit reports. According to Baker’s wife Rachel, “Before he was allowed in, the security guard stopped him and said, ‘Sorry you’re not allowed in the school.’ Security told him men and women in uniform weren’t allowed because it may offend another student.” Baker had an appointment with his daughter’s guidance counselor regarding her class schedule, but Fox2 reports they wouldn’t let him in because he wasn’t wearing a tie. The superintendent of Rochester Schools, Robert Shaner – also a veteran – is said to have remedied the situation and sent a letter to Fox2 regarding the incident. “The district has apologized for any perception that individuals in uniform are not welcome in the school. The district does not have a policy excluding individuals in uniform and will be working with administration and the firm that handles our security to make sure district policies are understood and communicated accurately.” One can’t help but blame the hyper-sensitive culture we’ve become for such a ridiculous act. In what world do we live that anybody would even think that a man in a U.S. Army uniform would ever offend one of the students? Oh, that’s right it was in Michigan, ‘nuff said.
