House suit against Obama fuels bipartisan Twitter rage

As a bitterly divided House of Representatives voted Wednesday to proceed with a Republican-led lawsuit against President Obama for allegedly exceeding his Constitutional authority, lawmakers on both sides vented their outrage on Twitter.

Pelosi: Hamas is a humanitarian organization. Is she delusional ?

Remember back in 2010 when then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said, “we have to pass the bill in order to find out what’s in it” in reference to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act? I’m sure some folks would say she just misspoke — something it seems liberal progressives do a lot. What went through my mind was who votes for this person? And of course there’s the question of how can you top that one? Well, hold on to your hats folks, because here we go again.
As reported by CNS News, “House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said in a CNN interview the United States must look to Qatar, an ally of the terrorist group Hamas, for advice in resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. “And we have to confer with the Qataris, who have told me ove

News Crew Booted From State Property for Filming Outside Empty Prison

News Crew Booted From State Property for Filming Outside Empty Prison. Now, People Are Wondering Just What Is Going on There.

A news crew in Albany, New York, was filming for a seemingly innocuous report about a historical site and just so happened to have a recently closed correctional facility in its background. What happened next had the reporter, videographer and others wondering what the big deal was.
WNYT-TV was on Mount McGregor filming near an empty correctional facility Thursday for a storyabout Grant Cottage, which is where President Ulysses S. Grant died of throat cancer 129 years ago.
The news channel shot footage of a re-enactment Wednesday and went back the next day for some more video. What happened when the crew was on the state property for this second time was all caught on camera with Mount McGregor prison in the background.

Immigrants “America's Exceptionalism”

By: Bill Walker

Immigrants have become more, not less important as technology grows more complex. Immigrants in the 1800s built the nation’s railroads, but today’s immigrants have built the information economy. 60% of our 25 largest tech companies were founded by first- or second-generation immigrants. Apple, IBM, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Intel, Ebay, EMC, Texas Instruments, VMware, ADP, Yahoo!, are all children of the Statue of Liberty. Most of our best jobs are the result of immigrant brainstorms… even to look for a job we use LinkedIn, founded by an immigrant.

Scapegoating Immigrants: Good Politics, Bad Logic

So why are immigrants blamed for our economic problems? Because as politicians before and after Hitler have known, scapegoating “foreigners” is the easiest path to political success. Also, it’s the safest… it takes no bravery to attack working-class immigrants, rather than facing up to the wealthy corporate-welfare interests.
So, let’s go through the various economic fallacies used to blame working people for the collapse of the US economy…

We are all immigrants or children of immigrants, whether our ancestors traveled by 747 or walked across the Bering Land Bridge. If we are going to fulfill the Founding Fathers’ dreams, we will do it as a nation of immigrants.
Bill Walker of Plainfield, New Hampshire is a member of the Sullivan County Republican Committee. His ancestors immigrated from Prussia in 1870.

Ted Nugent Throws Support Behind Glenn Beck’s Plan To Aid Illegal Children

Early this morning, legendary rock musician Ted Nugent called in to Glenn Beck’s morning radio program to throw his support behind Beck’s plan to truck water, food, clothing and toys to the tens and thousands of unaccompanied illegal children who have recently congregated along the southern border. Nugent also pledged to assist Beck’s effort by “helping to get hundreds of hot meals the border for when Glenn visits on Saturday.”

So does this mean that the legendary Ted Nugent believes in amnesty? Absolutely not! Like the rest of us with any common sense (hint: not liberals), Nugent is furious as hell with the Obama administration:

Glenn Beck raises $2,000,000 for border relief !

Before the sun rose on Saturday, Glenn Beck, Dana Loesch, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), and Rep. Randy Weber (R-Texas) went to the border in McAllen, Texas as part of Mercury One’s border relief effort. Where's Obama, what's he doing ?

While we have been met with criticism regarding our relief effort in McAllen, TX, Mercury One stands by our values: malice towards none, charity for all. We do not seek to engage in political battles, but to simply do the right thing.

God Bless You Glenn Beck !

Border patrol apprehended 90 illegal immigrants last night alone here in McAllen.
